Laudina has a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Alberta. and a BSc degree from University of Winnipeg.

Laudina has extensive experience assessing and treating various injuries including musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post- surgical rehab, neurological and pelvic health conditions, etc.

She especially has a passion for treating pelvic floor dysfunction including urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, vaginismus, dyspareunia, diastasis recti and pelvic/lower back dysfunction, etc.

Her treatment philosophy employs a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques (including dry needling), individualized treatment programs, patient education as well as modalities to treat both the root cause and symptoms that a patient presents with. She aims to build an effective patient-therapist collaboration to determine the patients’ goals and to restore the body's optimal function as well as help patients to improve their quality of life.

Laudina’s favorite part about working at The Pelvic Experts is being able to empower patients with the tools to improve their quality of life.

In her free time, Laudina loves trying new restaurants (especially ones with spicy dishes), listening to John Legend, and watching movies.
